A cute little conceited blob of the colour blue. Hated greatly by NintendoMax. It all started when Bloo offered Kacy cookies and Kacy thought that he was offering him a pile of dooky and Kacy smacked the cookies back in his face and walked off. Blooreguard never saw Kacy again.

He played for the Melvins for about a month until King Buzzo got fed up with his egocentric faggotry and kicked him out.
